It&#8217;s heavier than you might think for its size (around 300mm). It doesn&#8217;t feel like a cheap toy.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Features of the RC ERA Bell 206<\/h2>\n<p>This helicopter has some cool features that make it easier to fly.<\/p>\n<h3>Six-Axis Gyro<\/h3>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>six-axis gyro<\/strong>\u00a0helps keep the helicopter stable. It automatically adjusts to wind and keeps it level. It also lets you bank and angle the helicopter, unlike many toy models that only go up, down, left, and right.<\/p>\n<h3>Intelligent Protection<\/h3>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>anti-stuck protection<\/strong> stops the rotors if they hit something. This prevents damage to the rotors and motor.<\/p>\n<h3>Altitude Sensor<\/h3>\n<p>The air pressure altitude sensor helps keep the helicopter hovering at a steady height. The one-touch takeoff worked great. The helicopter was easy to control. Even on a windy day, it stayed pretty stable.<\/p>\n<p>I even flew it above an abandoned RC car track. The drone filming it was about 60 meters up, and the helicopter was another 20 meters above that. It handled the altitude well.<\/p>\n<p>My son even took a turn flying the helicopter. He was swirling it around my head.<\/p>\n<h2>Final Thoughts<\/h2>\n<p>I was impressed with the RC ERA Bell 2006. It&#8217;s small, but it&#8217;s well-made and flies great. It can take some crashes, too.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is it the best helicopter ever?<\/strong>\u00a0No.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is it a good entry-level helicopter?<\/strong>\u00a0Absolutely!<\/p>\n<p>If you want to get into RC helicopters, this is a great place to start. It&#8217;s cheap enough to be a good gift.
